…..The bill bans the use of Israeli flags, symbols
or signs for “propaganda purposes in favor of
the regime”; direct and indirect financial
assistance from Iranian nationals to the State
of Israel is prohibited, according to the IRGC-
affiliated Tasnim News Agency.
…..The proposed law obligates the Iranian
government to boycott all economic,
commercial, financial and governmental
institutions of the State of Israel whose
shares belong to Israeli citizens or
companies registered in Israel.
…...The bill will be brought before the
National Security and Foreign Policy
Committee so that the parliament can
vote on the law at the beginning of
next week.

prisoners and martyrs, and we will not submit
to them,” stressed Shtayyeh.

Attention has shifted away from Islamic
State (ISIS) and the extremists are taking
advantage, as they rebuild and intensify
attacks in Syria. Practically all the key
players in the Syrian conflict have fought
against ISIS, but as the group’s numbers
have shrunk and its fighters have melted
into the shadows, focus has moved to other
adversaries and concerns. It is unlikely that
a concerted effort against Islamic State will
resume unless and until it takes significant
territory again, and that delay will make it
even harder to cut ISIS down again.

Oregon, California, Virginia, and Maine churches
and faith leaders have filed lawsuits claiming the
governors do not have authority to extend,
indefinitely, stay-at-home orders against them.
Failure to consider the churches as essential as
liquor and box stores, they assert, amounts to
discrimination and a violation of their First
Amendment rights.
