    Rockets fired at Israel from Gaza for 2nd night;
    2 of 3 intercepted



    Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip on
    Saturday night fired three rockets at southern
    Israel, two of which were intercepted by the
    Iron Dome missile defense system, the military said.

    regime advances



    Ziad Abboud, head of the White Helmets
    organization in Khan Sheikhoun, said his
    team rescued 90 residents earlier this week.
    They’re now focused on evacuating the
    northern countryside, including the towns of
    Hesh, Alteh and Kafar Sijnah. “God willing,
    we will try to help them all,” Abboud said.

    [The White Helmets, officially known as Syria
    Civil Defense, is a volunteer organization that
    operates in parts of rebel-controlled Syria and
    in Turkey. The White Helmets themselves
    have become targets of Syrian and Russian
    airstrikes.]

    The Grace 1 oil tanker that is at the center of an
    international crisis between the UK, US, Iran and
    other countries, fueling tensions from the Persian
    Gulf to Gibraltar. It received a fresh coat of paint
    according to photos published by GBC news in
    Gibraltar on Saturday. Re-flagged as the “Adrian
    Darya” it could be sailing towards Syria or another
    destination soon. But the US wants it detained.

    German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier
    faced a new wave of criticism for glorifying
    the Iranian regime in a ceremony on Friday
    in Berlin that welcomed the new ambassador
    of the Islamic Republic of Iran. “Great
    honor for a barbaric regime,” read the Bild
    newspaper headline about the welcome of
    Mahmoud Farazandeh.

    The U.S. Department of Labor has proposed
    a new rule surrounding federal contractors
    that would clarify the rights of religious
    organizations and businesses to make hiring
    decisions in accordance with their mission
    and faith.
