    CHRISTIAN ISRAEL ARABS
Why Christian Israeli Arabs Volunteer in the IDF

    https://unitedwithisrael.org/watch-w...ign=pushengage

In Israel, all citizens have mandatory service in the IDF, with the exception of Israel Arab Muslims
and Aramaic Christians. Yet every year, hundreds of Israeli Arabs volunteer to serve in the army and
national service, despite not being required to by law.

Recently, there has been a major increase in the number of Christians volunteering to serve in the IDF.

In this video Israelis from the Aramaic Christian community in Israel explain why it is so important
    to volunteer to serve.

    LIVING in ISRAEL
What Muslim, Christian and Druze Arabs Love about Living in Israel!

    https://unitedwithisrael.org/watch-a...-about-israel/

Israel haters and their misinformed followers claim that Israel is an apartheid state that mistreats its
Arab citizens and does not provide them with the same basic rights as Jewish Israelis.

Watch as Arabs from Muslim, Bedouin, Druze, and Christian backgrounds share their personal stories
as Israeli citizens, refuting anti Israel claims with cold, hard facts in support of Israel.

    An amazing watch!

    FACEBOOK USERS
Facebook to Show Users Which Russian Propaganda They Followed

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...-they-followed

Facebook Inc. will show people which Russian propaganda pages or accounts they have followed
and liked on the social network, responding to a request from Congress to address manipulation
and meddling during the 2016 presidential election.

The tool will appear by the end of the year in Facebook online support center, the company said
in a blog post Wednesday. It will answer the user question, How can I see if I have liked or followed
a Facebook page or Instagram account created by the Internet Research Agency? That is the Russian
firm that created thousands of incendiary posts from fake accounts posing as U.S. citizens. People
will see a list of the accounts they followed, if any, from January 2015 through August 2017.

It is Facebook most direct effort to explain to users how they may have been affected by the IRAs
postings, which reached an estimated 150 million people and stirred up controversy over gun rights,
immigration, race relations and religion in the U.S., sometimes prompting real world protests on
    both sides of a debate.

It is important that people understand how foreign actors tried to sow division and mistrust using
Facebook before and after the 2016 US election, the company said in the post.

    THE MEDDLING of RUSSIA
Russian meddling in Catalonia secession vote seen as part of plot against NATO

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news...lot-against-n/

The debate in the run up to crucial regional elections next month on the future of Catalonia is focused
on federalism, cultural identity or the future of Spain as a unified country.

As with the U.S. election last year, the big issue is Russia and what the Kremlin may be doing to
feed separatist feelings and generally cause mischief and confusion in a key NATO ally.

What started as anonymously based reports about Russian hackers manipulating online information
to favor the independence vote in Catalonia Oct. 1 referendum, a vote Madrid tried to suppress as
illegal under the Spanish Constitution, has turned into a torrent of official warnings about a presumed
Russian master plan to destabilize Spain and other EU countries by egging on budding secessionist
    movements.

EU leaders have long accused Russia of meddling in their elections and internal affairs through
social media campaigns, which are said to have influenced the Brexit vote in the United Kingdom
and the rise of far right groups in France and Germany.

Fears that Russian hacking could skew the results of Dec. 21 elections in Catalonia, with voters
still deeply divided on independence, have been raised by all of Spain mainstream parties,
including the opposition Socialists, who have called on Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and other EU
leaders to adopt measures to counter Russian meddling.

    NETANYAHU in BRUSSELS
Netanyahu to bridge troubled EU waters with the first visit in 22 years

    http://www.jpost.com/printarticle.aspx?id=514775

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accepted an informal invitation from Lithuania to visit the
EU in Brussels on December 11, making him the first Israeli prime minister do to so in 22 years.

The visit is an initiative of the Lithuanian government, which has been in discussions with Israel
about ways to improve Israeli European Union ties.

The Lithuanian government plans to issue a formal invitation to Netanyahu to meet with the EUs
28 foreign ministers at the breakfast that is traditionally held prior to the ministers monthly meeting
    on foreign affairs.

    TESLA BURNING MONEY RAPIDLY
    Teslas
Burning Through Nearly Half a Million Dollars Every Hour
    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...d-model-3-woes

Elon Musk said last week that Tesla, Inc. is designing a new sports car that could go from zero to
60 mph in 1.9 seconds. Not bad, but here is a speed number that investors might want to focus on instead:

Over the past 12 months, the electric car maker has been burning money at a clip of about $8,000 a minute
(or $480,000 an hour), Bloomberg data show. At this pace, the company is on track to exhaust its current
cash pile on Monday, Aug. 6. (At 2:17 a.m. New York time, if you really want to be precise.)

To be fair, few Tesla watchers expect the cash burn to continue at quite such a breakneck pace, and the
company itself says it is ramping up output of its all important Model 3, which will bring money in the
door. Investors do not seem concerned. Tesla shares rose almost 3 percent to $317.81 Tuesday, giving it
a market capitalization of $53 billion. Ford Motor Co. is worth $48 billion.

But still, its need for fresh cash came into high relief last week when Musk unveiled his latest plan to
raise funds. He is asking customers to pay him upfront to order vehicles that may not be delivered for years.
