    5 Killed at Colorado Religious Sites
    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 10) - A gunman shot four staff members at a missionary training center near Denver early Sunday, killing two, after being told he couldn't spend the night. About 12 hours later and 65 miles away in Colorado Springs, a gunman fatally shot a parishioner at a megachurch and wounded four other people before a guard killed him, police said.

    Colorado Police Seek Clues in 2 Shootings
    Authorities searched a home in the U.S. state of Colorado early Monday, seeking any link between two deadly shooting sprees at Christian religious centers that left both communities baffled and stunned. Five people, including a gunman, died in the attacks Sunday at a megachurch in Colorado Springs and at the Youth With a Mission missionary center in the Denver suburb of Arvada.     Israel wants citizens abroad back home
    JERUSALEM - Israel is trying to persuade hundreds of thousands of its citizens living overseas to return home in a project to coincide with the state's 60th anniversary next year, the Immigrant Absorption Ministry said Sunday. The project, dubbed "Coming Home," will try to lure Israelis living abroad to come back with tax breaks, employment and small business loans.

    Algiers, Algeria (AHN) - A deal between the state-owned natural-gas companies in Algeria and Russia was ended, the reports said. According to the Wall Street Journal, the gas cooperation pact between Algeria's state-owned energy company, Sonatrach and Russia's OAO Gazprom lapsed. The move would ease fears in Europe that two of its biggest suppliers could join forces and hike prices.
