The Department of Defense announced today the death of a sailor who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Senior Chief Petty Officer Jason P. May, 38, of Chesterfield, Michigan, died June 29, on board USS Essex (LHD 2), of non-combat related causes while the ship was at sea.

McKenna was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.Requesting prayer for the family and friends of Master Sgt. Peter McKenna Jr., 35 of Bristol Rhode Island.
