building inspector harassment in my trailer park

Well, the trailers in my park have been here since the 1960's... of course they dont meet todays codes... at least half the homes including mine have been given violations... right now just for the stairs... I'm the only person taking this seriously and have done what I could to fix it... Think is I thought there were grandfather statures // ex-post facto laws that protected us from such nonsence ??? anyway we need your prayers... The apache trailer park on Palm ave in South Bay San Diego...
