I don't know if there's still a thread for unsaved loved ones but my niece would like to request prayer for her boyfriend Tom as well; he is asking questions at least. He is in his late teens like her.

Great idea to start a sticky thread in Pray net for all of our unsaved loved ones. What say you Moderators? I will pray for Tom.

Thanks; and I reminded her; not sure how close it is but she at least knows she's nowhere near ready for marriage or anything.

Then, brother Doug, gently remind her that we will eventually marry someone that we started dating. Once emotions kick in, especially if passion is involved, that's a speeding freight-train that's hard to stop. I know you know this but so many teens that are believers get tripped up by the same Satanic lie. "Oh, you're just friends!!"

I'm sure to her he's not a "wicked man" but God sees an unbelieving heart.

Meantime, I would like to ask prayers for our daughter-in-law. Our eldest son (my wife's, but "ours" ... I've always loved her children as if they were mine (God thing!!)) did exactly that...believer from about age 5, turned his back on God in his teens; married a girl that doesn't share his faith and now things are very rough (and have been for a few years). We long for her to know Jesus, not just because of their marriage and two sweet little girls but mostly because it would honor God!

I'd like to pray for my BIL, he and my sister have a good marriage but both need the Lord, he is a rocker and a good ol boy. Jerry Garcia's twin if you will.
Anyway he is a great guy but far away from thinking he needs Jesus. We are Working on it though. Please pray for Steve a great guy.

I would like to add my sister and her family. Also, one of my brothers. Tough because they are all good moral people, etc. My sister doesn't believe she is a sinner even though I've explained it to her.

Wnated to add one I hadn't before - Paul Austin, a close online friend who suffers from pretty severe Asperger's Syndrome and a variety of emotional problems related to mistreatment as a child.

As for my niece, now that she's not on the same continent as Tom for a few months she's no longer listed herself as "in a relationship with" him on Facebook & he's just considered a "friend" (one of hundreds) now so maybe she is startin to think about this but anyway please keep praying for him as well as others I've mentioned. Thanks.

Doug, the road to healing for a person like your friend Paul is to forgive the person who mis-treated him as a child....
Yes, it took many years for me to forgive my mentally ill stepmother but now that I have finally done so and given the pain to Jesus I do have peace about it.
I believe that Doing this will also help Paul with his withdrawn nature.

If Paul would like to contact me I would be happy to converse with him.

Please pray for our unbelieving daughter-in-law and our granddaughter (now 7). Also pray for our son who is very godly (now) and is broken-hearted at the lost estate of his wife and daughter. Our DIL has a rock-hard, cold heart and is almost hateful toward God and anything to do with Him. She is such a miserable young lady and of course won't acknowledge that or blames it on everything/everyone around her. Their marriage is nearly in shambles.

As you all know, PRAYER ANSWERED.

Praying for Todd. He is a young man that is deep into love of money, gay lifestyle, and now many bad outcomes as a result of his life decisions.
