  • Prayer For Co-Worker

Please pray for Teri, as she is having a medical procedure tomorrow.
It's a test to know where they need to operate, but it will be painful during and for a few days after the procedure.
Please pray for her peace, as well as courage during this time.
She's scared because she knows that it's going to hurt (they told her it would in advance, and all the internet descriptions of it say so too), but she's also happy that this will tell the Dr where to operate, when that time comes.
She also may have a transportation issue getting there and getting back home.
Please pray she has that worked out tomorrow.
    Thanks

    Re: Prayer For Co-Worker

I lift her up and pray for a fear-free. pain-free medical event. I pray for comfort from the Holy Spirit and peace for her. I pray for a pathway to be cleared for her transportation to and from the procedure. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord

It's going to be for her back, a disc problem.
The test is to see WHAT nerve(s) is causing her pain, and which disc is pressing on them to cause it. The pain is unbearable for her off and on. Some times it's weeks worth of pain and she just has to endure it.
The test will involve poking nerves, to show the Dr exactly what's going on.
        Like that feels good...
Of course doing this will make her sore, as the nerves are irritated during this procedure, and they will be sore for a few days afterwards.
        Thanks for the prayers thusfar.
I told her she would be posted in prayernet, and hopefully when she gets back to work, she can log on and read this site.

I'll pray for Teri too, for healing of her back.

Praying that the Lord will bring relief from the pain and also lead her to salvation, if she doesn't already know Him.

I think she does, but I've encouraged her to go to church. (or to surround herself with believers)
She said she was going to pray last night, and read her Bible, to find peace before this procedure.
