This article appears to have credibility because Benny Begin is reported to be a close confidant and advisor to Bibi.

“Any piece of information, no matter how insignificant it seems, can be used against us by a hostile element. The talks that they are having with our people is the first step in a large intelligence gathering and supervisory network that [U.S .envoy George] Mitchell is building here. It would be very strange for us, of all people, to cooperate with something that will be used against our own government.”

Mohammad-Reza Sajjadi on Friday rejected reports that Russia had pulled out of the deal due to a delay in the delivery of the system to Iran.

"We had heard reports that Russia would not deliver these systems to Iran, but we asked the Russian side and they denied it," he told reporters in Moscow.

"The delivery deadline has already passed, but the Russian side has cited technical problems which it said it was working on to fix," Sajjadi added. "We feel that this question will be resolved within one to two months."

He said neither Iran nor Russia planed to "go back" on the contract, which he said was "profitable" for both sides.

If the Israelis intend to use air power to attack Iran's nuclear sites, then expect some action prior to the S-300s being stood up, probably at least a couple months after delivery, no longer than six. I maintain, however, that Israel will use other means, i.e., covert, to attack Iran's facilities.

I would say one of the first thing we have to wait and see is were this latest deal for Gilad Schalit goes. I could be wrong but if I remember correctly Bibi gave Iran until Dec 6th and if reports are correct the latest deal for Gilad will be decided either way by then.(Which could be why Bibi is pushing this now) Prayer is called for as this is probably the last chance they will have to see him come back alive.

                  December 10, 2009

JERUSALEM – Members of the Obama administration recently assured the Palestinian Authority that most Jewish communities in the strategic West Bank will be evacuated, a top PA official told WND yesterday.

The official also said Obama will soon offer the Palestinians a public pledge that a Palestinian state will encompass most of the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem with the exception of what is known as the three main settlement blocs – Ariel, Gush Etzion and Maale Adumim. The pledge will likely be oral and not in the form of a letter, said the PA official.

Further, both the PA official and a source in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office told WND the Obama administration refused to counter a European Union draft document that supports the division of Jerusalem, with the Temple Mount going to the Palestinians.

It seems that Copenhagen is a flurry of secret and open meetings. A few weeks ago it was mentioned the Quartet was going to meet to decide their next step. With these other articles coming out now, it seems Israel maybe facing more soon.
The push for a nuclear free world/ME is still on the table. Russia and the US are in the midst of treaty talks and say they are going to have a new treaty signed soon. Turkey and many of the Arab countries have proclaimed they will build or get nuclear bombs because of Israel's bombs. (lol Certainly not because of Iran lol)
Even Iran has pointed to Israel bombs as a motive.
Put that with Israel's insistance on keeping Jerusalem. Plus, the fact Israel has broken off talks with everyone trying to get a piece of Israel, piece by piece. Russia, the Vatican etc. The article cnav posted yesterday is a good example.
Israeli delegation returns home empty-handed, previous understandings annulled
                      http://wedg.millenniumweekend.org/fo...ad.php?t=30406
There can't be much holding them back from their next move. In fact the motivation in the world it seems has probably tipped completely the other way and going in to take what they want the option most maybe looking at.
Sidenote-with all the bad press the elite and their treaties have gotten lately, the pressure to show they "can change" things and produce change, must be great as well. I'm sure that many, if not all of the countries on the opposite side of the table in Copenhagen could see that as progress. And even the lean the table to allow some to have more power???? An act of, see you can trust me for the OWG?

                        PS
I also found Obama's statement to the Noble people very odd. Justifing military action as a necessity at times.(And I didn't see the usual out cry from them) Seems to indicate the promotion of a "peace keeping" military body to deal with situations Israel would fall into under the OWG.

The US is currently drafting a plan to encourage progress in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, Pan-Arab newspaper Al-Hayat reported on Friday.

If approved, the plan would call for peace talks to be renewed at the stage in which borders would be determined, possibly in order to circumnavigate the issue of settlement construction.

If true they are really pushing for Palestine to be established. I can't see Bibi or the PA approving this plan unless it means each of them gets Jerusalem. But the US must already know that.
How do you talk borders but circumnavigate the issue of settlements???????
So what are the US talking about??????

                            Abbas raises the stakes:

                            http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/135013

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in effect ditched the American Roadmap plan Tuesday and issued an ultimatum to Israel that there will be no talks unless Israel agrees ahead of time to surrender all of the land restored in the Six-Day War in 1967.

Abbas’ new position is a severe escalation in his conditions for talks, which previously called for a halt to all building for Jews in eastern Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has agreed to a 10-month building freeze except for eastern Jerusalem.

I couldn't help but wonder if this could be another reason to take control???????

Think-tank: U.S. will sideline Israel in Iran nuclear dispute

Israel will find itself diplomatically sidelined and militarily muzzled as the United States pursues a nuclear deal with Iran next year, according to a closed-door wargame at Israel's top strategic think-tank.

Not even a warning shot by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu - the simulation featured an undeclared Israeli commando raid on Iran's Arak heavy water plant - would shake U.S. President Barack Obamas's insistence on dialogue.

Israel's arch-foe, meanwhile, will likely keep enriching uranium, perhaps even winning the grudging assent of the West.
