"Crossroads", "Sunshine of Your Love" and "White Room" were the best work I think Clapton ever did. Even had a Clapton Strat on hold (one of the custom shop models by the guys who build them for him). Was gonna trade a boat but it didn't work out. Now I've switched, want an American Ash HSS Strat with Samarium Cobalt Noiseless pickups, LSR roller nut, S-1 switching and locking tuners. Wist they had the traditional bridge instead of the two-point tremelo bridge though.

Tune it up and lets hear you play. 1 Cor. 2:9 says, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him". My interpretation is that when I get to heaven I'll have something better than a Gibson Les Paul and a Fender Stratocaster combined along with a Marshall amp.

The next verse after that rarely gets quoted.

1 Corinthians 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

This has always really puzzled me...and caused me to think perhaps we're not interpreting verse 9 the right way since I don't believe there is any way we can come close to knowing what God has in store for us in glory.

Yeah I know what you mean Andy.

I have somewhere around 25 guitars and basses (lost count). A couple basses I might get rid of (cheaper ones). I don't have a Marshall yet, so my best amp is a Fender 212R that will strip the paint off your house at 2 (no joke). And I have a Kustom from the 1970's with 100 watts and 2 15" JBL's. It's more of a bass amp (I'm hoping to learn to play bass one of these days). I have several strats, almost all MIM versions but have a player's in there with noiseless pickups and an HH model with Tex-Mex humbuckers.

I do have an original '81 LP but my buddy's got it. I have Epi LP's standard and the triple-pickup Black Beauty, but they need some luthier work (they are almost brand new). Plus a sweet new Epiphone SG Custom with 3 pickups (sweet sustain). And a Michael Kelly Patriot Q that is just awesome. A couple of my strats are project Squires but I'm having fun. Got some 13.8k hot rails one may get (nice heavy agathis body and maple neck - the headstock underrates the body / neck).

Maybe one of these days I'll get to play in a band. I'm kinda lame on my guitar unfortunately. But I like to have fun with them.

6. Favorite flavor of ice cream? Don't eat it that much, but Key Lime Pie I guess. Baskin Robbins has it.
7. Favorite Book? (is this where I put THE BIBLE???), actually I have a collection of the original Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It's a good read, but it's really a thick book.
8. Favorite Bible Verse? Well I don't really have one. I have several, most of

BTW, wouldn't you hate to be one of those people? I'd be afraid I would leave something out, or add something, and the Bible clearly states not to! That would make me nervous.
17. Hobbies? Internet cruising, also have a 1929 Essex that I drive. Of course the last time I drove it was the end of spring!

23. Favorite Song? Wow that's a hard one. I'm a big Queen fan. I can't and don't condone Freddie Mercury's lifestyle, but his music, his voice, and the talent of the band were incredible. If you want Christian, then I would have to reach way back and say Whitecross. Big in the 80's, and their guitarist was second to none.
