According to Vladimir Putin, about 50 countries from Europe, Asia and Latin America are interested in cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The Russian president stressed that the development of such a partnership is a long and painstaking process that requires "varying depths, speeds and levels of integration", and that is very important to carry out this work, "because, in the end, it will allow the formation of one economic area from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean."
