Unfortunately Issachar, it may not be just Islamic terrorist.
Many are turning out to be old fashion haters. The kind the Jews have been warning us they could see rising. They call themselves by all kinds of different names. There are your white supremacist etc etc etc, but some just plain and simple hate.

They said any remaining funds after the cemetery is restored will go to fixes for other vandalized Jewish centers.
“Through this campaign, we hope to send a united message from the Jewish and Muslim communities that there is no place for this type of hate, desecration, and violence in America,” the activists wrote. “We pray that this restores a sense of security and peace to the Jewish-American community who has undoubtedly been shaken by this event”

What I'm finding fascinating????
When I step back and look at the big picture, the political/ideological arm is struggling. The driving forces for hundreds of years is a bit of a mess.
But the religious/theological arm seems to be trying to mend the way.
Rick Warren and the spiritual leaders at Davos told the political arm religion couldn't be ignored. The political needs the religious arm of "faith".
Now, one of the growing, mending forces is religion. I have to suspect this will continue as it seems religion/faith plays a very big part in the end times.Comment

It'll be interesting to see how in the world the islamists will be reigned in. There are millions out there wishing for the death of the West, death to America, death to Israel .. etc. Considering the violence they are doing to people in Europe, North America, Africa, Indonesia .. everywhere just about, they are not doing the "melding" thing very well ... or at all, actually. hamas, the muslim brotherhood, isis, boko haram, and so many others. They are ensuring a continuation with all the hatred being spewed in mosques around the world. I don't know how that is allowed to be continued in the West. Yes, there is a right to freedom of speech, but there is simultaneously an understanding that it is illegal to [falsely] yell, FIRE in a theater. Yes, there are people at the political level and some at the "religious" level calling for peace, unity, etc. but these very populated "conquer the world" groups not only don't care what those leaders say (they have their own leaders), but will kill any of them if they can find a way.

I can't help but wonder if those prophecies, the ones we haven't seen yet, are part of the answer. Like whatever happens to Damascus, I would think it will really hit the entire world. Cause a reaction.
Moderates for years sat on the fence. The ultimate betrayal of radical Islam killing them is pushing them off the fence. What sounded like it could be good to them in theory, is hell in practise. The fear of Islam Judaism and Christianity about each other is melting.Comment

The political arm believed democracy and western domination would solve all the world's problems. Christianity believes if it just dominates, all the world problems will disappear.
Moderate Islam bought into the idea their lives would be better if they were the head and not tail (yep that is in their Koran) everything would be better. So became radical Islam. But what they see now has convinced them they were wrong. imvhoComment

Last night I started to entertain the idea of starting a thread just for last days prophecies. I'm thinking it could have some relevant news items but would hope it would be more just the bible passages and hopefully, a fair amount of discussion. I had that thought as I was considering how much info we all post here about what is going on in the world and we (posters/some lurkers/some passers-by) have a built in knowledge, in part, of how those matters relate to, or possibly relate to, prophecy, but it would be better perhaps, to link them together. A thread/link would make it so we don't have to post and repost and rerepost (
) all the prophecies. If that thread grows, we could start including .. e.g. "post #108 here .. to save time. Ya .. something like that.

Anyone could do it. I'm intending to but am fine if another does. I know that my work load is not lessening anytime too soon .. but I may be able too in the next few days. How's that for ambiguous certainty?
