Yes, Jeanie. Unfortunately, I do not put anything past Obama to hang on to power. Many believe he will try to do something that will delay the inauguration. Most likely this is conspiracy theory, but I do not feel completely settled in my spirit that this will go off without a hitch. I hope I am wrong!

One of my good friends from college, who lives near DC and whose dad worked with the Agency for International Development at the time, said his dad had similar fears about Nixon before he resigned.

We have lots of failsafes built in, thankfully. There will be a vacancy, Constitutionally, in the White House on January 20, and it would take something almost impossible, in my opinion, to prevent Trump from taking office. Because, you don't need an official swearing in by a Supreme Court justice or even a judge, as shown in Calvin Coolidge's swearing in on the death of President Harding. trump could just do it with a notary and psot it on Youtube, Twitter, etc., though of course for people to believe it's official it really helps to have it televised.

I continue to pray anyway, because there is some intense spiritual warfare. But,

Thanks, Doug. That's a little bit of comfort. So far, they've been thwarted with all their attempts to deny him his legally won election. You are absolutely correct about the intensity of the spiritual warfare going on.
