  • A shameful day for Israel

We have been lax in tackling Jewish terrorism, said the president. We Jews should know better, said a minister. Well, we had better wake up fast
    http://www.timesofisrael.com/a-shameful-day-for-israel/

The killing of Ali Saad Dawabsha will not be the last

Friday’s murderous arson attack was not the first of its kind, as I can personally testify. And the perpetrators are confident nobody is going to stop them
    http://www.timesofisrael.com/the-kil...t-be-the-last/

The above two articles were written by well known Israeli reporters. The pressure is truly on to find those who did this.

It was absolutely appalling. Even if Israel finds the ones responsible, the world has had it with the attacks on both sides.

    The timing?
Just weeks before the world is going to meet to decide what to do with Israel.

Israeli condemnation ‘not enough,’ say US Jewish groups, after baby killed
American Jewish groups used unusually harsh language Friday in denouncing the firebombing attack in the Palestinian village of Duma that resulted in the death of a 18-month-old boy, with some leading organizations suggesting that the Israeli government needed to step up its actions to prosecute so-called “price tag” hate crime attackers.

ADL National Director Jonathan Greenblatt, ADL National Director, and Carole Nuriel, Director of ADL’s Israel Office, wrote in a joint statement that “expressions of outrage” by Israeli leaders “are no longer enough.”

Bennett: Don’t use Jewish terrorists to tarnish settlers

Jewish Home party leader Naftali Bennett said Saturday night that while he abhorred violence in any form and was repulsed and appalled by the actions of Jewish terrorists, he would not allow the events of recent days to sully the image of the West Bank settler population as a whole.
Bennett claimed that the murder of a Palestinian toddler by suspected Jewish terrorists on Thursday night, while horrific, has led in recent days to attacks on the settler population as a whole.

And then there is the nearly unbearable din created when Jews are terrorized ...

Oh .. Wait! Never mind .. must have been my imagination.

The nation of Israel does not and never will, sponsor terrorism. Loose nuts within it's borders? Yes. But the nation does not support them; unlike some nations the world is well aware of .. but mostly won't admit to.

Craziness! I sure am looking forward to sometime past even the millennium. Well, it is future so I guess I have to look forward to it.

Sooooooooo true. Israel seems to be in a spiritual whirlwind. Prayer is needed even more then a major terrorist attack. Prayer, people will pray to God and accept His direction through and out of it.

After fatal firebombing, Abbas threatens to change PA policy

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas threatened Sunday to make unspecified changes to Palestinian policy next month if the Israeli government doesn’t change its stance vis-a-vis the Palestinians and Jewish extremism.

Israel to detain Jewish militant suspects without trial: officials

Israel intends to detain without trial citizens suspected of political violence against Palestinians, government officials said on Sunday following a lethal West Bank arson attack blamed on Jewish militants.

The extension to Israelis of so-called "administration detention", a practice commonly applied to Palestinian militant suspects and condemned internationally, laid bare authorities' frustration at failing to curb Jewish ultra-nationalist attacks.

Israel's Netanyahu tells cabinet to back budget or risk government collapse

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who holds just a one-seat majority in parliament, warned ministers on Tuesday that his government would collapse if they did not put a stop to their demands and rally behind his 2015-16 budget.

The cabinet is expected to vote on the package on Wednesday. But there are deep divisions among ministers, with even some members of Netanyahu's own Likud party saying they will not vote in favour of the draft as it stands.

Why do demands (economically) have to stop? I thought it was a good thing to just print money to meet all demands? That's what the U.S. does and look how it works .. I keep hearing that the U.S. is "the most prosperous nation .." NOT.

It is very interesting what is taking place in Israel these last couple years, on many fronts. They've gone very much the "way of the world." I knew they were in trouble the year they started allowing "sodomy pride parades."

Vatican calls on A-G to indict extremist Jewish leader following endorsement of burning churches

The letter, filed by the Vatican's representative in Israel, Custodia da Terra Santa, to Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein, followed comments made by Gopstein last week in favor of burning down churches in Israel. Lehava is a radical anti-assimilation and anti-missionary organization which has stirred great controversy since its founding in 2009.

During a panel debate on idol worship last Tuesday, Gopstein cited Maimonides's ruling that Christianity is idolatry which needs to be destroyed, in accordance with the commandment in Deuteronomy to destroy idol worship in the Land of Israel. Thus, in theory, Gopstein said he was in favor of burning churches in Israel
