of the state apparatus is challenged. No group has claimed
    responsibility for the attack.

Europe Looks To Build EU Army For Strategic Autonomy From US
…..This is being spearheaded by French President Emmanuel Macron,
who, as part of his reelection campaign, apparently hopes to replace
outgoing German Chancellor Angela Merkel as the de facto leader of
Europe. Macron claims that Europe needs its own military because,
according to him, the United States is no longer a reliable ally.

…..Many EU member states disagree with Macron. Eastern European
countries, some of which face existential threats from Russia, know
that neither the EU nor France can match the military capabilities
offered by NATO and the United States.

Virginia Democrat Sen. Tim Kaine criticized his own party over
the timing of the infrastructure and spending bills. During an

    disagreements delay the vote.

Hackers have breached organizations in defense and other sensitive
    sectors, security firm says

In this case, the hackers have stolen passwords from some targeted
organizations with a goal of maintaining long-term access to those
networks said Ryan Olson, a senior Palo Alto Networks executive.
The intruders could then be well placed to intercept sensitive data
sent over email or stored on computer systems until they are kicked
    out of the network.

Feds gained records on 54 million USA gun-owners this year; ATF
    eyes national database

“When a licensed gun store goes out of business, its private records
detailing gun transactions become ATF property and are stored at
a federal site in West Virginia. This practice allows the federal
government to stockpile scores of gun records and has drawn outrage
from gun advocacy groups that say the government is using this
information to create a national database of gun owners — which
has long been prohibited under U.S. law,” Free Beacon reporter
Adam Kredo noted on Nov. 6.

Fearing Christ’s return as a Christian
Today, as always, there are two types of people in the world: those
with their judgment behind them and those with their judgment ahead
of them. While I still hope for Christ’s return each day, I also have
great fear for those who don’t know Jesus but think they do. if you’re
like me, you know people who the puritan Matthew Mead calls “
    The
    Almost Christian.
” They count themselves as believers when in reality
their house is built on the sand (Matt. 7:26-27).
