Behind the curtain --- Trump and Saudi Arabia

First, I take all things from Yahoo News with a giant grain of salt. This is not news. Anyone who follows what happens in the Middle East closely knew about Adnan Kashoggi years ago. He's dead. This is a tiny slice of Saudi history. If you want to understand Saudi Arabia you need to go way back historically. It was a group of tribal leaders until the British stepped in for multiple reasons one of which was oil. I recommend the light read of "Lawrence of Arabia" to give a painless way to get to how the royal family came into power and why it has remained in power. There is/are multiple reasons why after 9/11 Saudi royal family members, of which there are hundreds, were allowed to exit the country. Even though the majority of the Terrorists had Saudi ties.
There is nothing behind the curtain here. Any intelligent and savvy business person who is dealing internationally would deal with the Saudis. Just saying. Just my opinion but Yahoo News, which is so low on the totem pole of news outlets, is doing what liberals are doing right now since Biden is such an embarrassment, no surprise to anyone really...they are deflecting trying to bring Trump into the news to gin up ratings which heaven knows they need. If you really want to talk about behind the curtains talk about the Bush family.
