Not shocked at all. Kids are dirty little disease carriers LOL. Especially the little ones. My dil is a special needs PreK and K teacher here in FL where we've been back to school for eons. She says it's the first time that she hasn't had to contend with sick, snotty nosed little ones. She tends to be a Lib so I don't debate with her. I've learned. Who wants to be an ugly mother in law?

I would really love for somebody to do a larger scale study on this and to include adults. I would especially be interested in the results from colder states as well as from different seasons. All of the contamination is sobering, but I think the fact that pneumonia pathogens are then being held up against the face (well, all of them, really) makes me quite angry. I praise God for our natural immune systems as well as the vaccines He has guided us to and given us the wisdom to study fully!

GH, I know this was a very small sample, but it seems like one could draw the conclusion that surgical masks are somewhat "better." Do you think that's fair?

Flaxen, yes it is probably pretty fair and accurate. The only way a pneumonia would show up is from a mask of someone who actually was positive for pneumonia. We all float around with a lot of bacteria and junk in and on our bodies all the time. And you are correct. God has given us amazing immune systems. With supplements we can boost them because we have so depleted our soil and genetically modified so much of our food. And yes, a surgical mask does work but not really against a particle the size of a virus like Covid. And especially not the cloth masks or one worn for hours.

Something hit me out of the blue last night. There is something far more stunning than what was found on the masks. Maybe you noticed it? It's what was not found (at least not reported) on any of the masks or the worn t-shirt.

NO CORONA VIRUS. Not the one that causes Covid or the many others.

surgical masks have one problem. they fog up my / your glasses... use a non fogger gel on your glasses, and its like you are looking through a fish bowl... loosening the mask defeats the mask's purpose...
Thing is I cant breathe with a full coverage mask so I have to use a bandanna...
