Yes the ICC is a "court" in Belgium that calls itself the International criminal court... However it has no legal right to do what it does... The ICC is in fact a politically correct lynch mob who kidnaps people, drags them before itself, then becomes a law unto itself,,, Mao and Stalin would be proud of them !!!
