An appropriate thought for these unsettling times.

Instructions From Jesus:

Jesus said when we see these signs to look up for His return (Luke 21:28):

"When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

In other words, our focus shouldn't be on the things happening here, but to "stand up" and "lift your heads" to watch for Him. Standing up and lifting your head is not a passive position, or a cowering position, nor a position of fear. When you stand up and lift your heads, that is a bold stance of confidence. As it should be. We have nothing to fear and everything to look forward to.

Amen PB. I keep saying this to my downcast Christian friends. It doesn't matter who is in the White House and yes I will be beyond disappointed if the President isn't re-elected but NO matter what G0d is on the Throne and It is well with my soul.

Refrain you tongue from evil turn from evil and do good 1st Peter 3:10-12 (really good one)

your glory and hope are in God 1st Peter 1:21
