  • Cleansing Temple after Tribulation?

Does anyone have a specific scripture (or teaching) about the length of the Temple cleansing at the end of the Tribulation?

    Daniel 12 says:
    11. "From the time that the regular sacrifice is abolished and the abomination of desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.
    12. "How blessed is he who keeps waiting and attains to the 1,335 days!
    13. "But as for you, go your way to the end; then you will enter into rest and rise again for your allotted portion at the end of the age."

So what exactly is going on in the extra 45 days?

Lots of ideas on this..... My ""Lewis"" perspective --hold your breath now--
I cant find Temple cleansing after the Trib... A new temple will be built as in Ezekiel...

One note is that Jesus comes down from heaven to the Jews under siege in Petra, Jordan, first, then later to Jerusalem... duration in Jordan??...his cloths are already bloodstained when he comes from the East, from Bozrah... Isaiah 63:1 and search Bozrah which is Edom,, in E-Sword

2nd thought, the 45 days is the duration between the 9th of Av and the "days of Awe" sometime between Rosh hashona and Tabernacles...Jesus will come back to "tabernacle with His people"

3rd thought on Daniel ch 12 "from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away (((mid trib }}}and the abomination is set up (1290 days later???) blessed is he who waits another 45 days after the abomination is set up to see the 2nd coming on the 1335th day .... 1290 days between the sacrifices taken away and the abomination...

we fussed about this several years ago..... It is just a thought, of course.... I really don't know for sure...

Thanks, Lewis. I did find something in Daniel 8:13,14 King James has sanctuary instead of Temple, which was what I was looking for.
      13. Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
      14. And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
