Yes vitamin C is important as Bro Andy has noted... I do question taking large quantities of chemical vitamins, they can cause upset of digestive system... I have suffered through devouring two tangelos from my tree with my cereal every morning since mid December,
and still have a month's supply left... had to pull them off yesterday as the tree was starting to leaf and bud for flowers...
Also have been taking a multi vitamin most every day... hope that will be enough...
A glass of fruit juice a day wont hurt anybody!!!

Interesting, I learned about a new fruit today. I have been eating a lot of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries Etc.
Have you ever tried berries with a peanut butter sandwich? Of course you have to cut strawberries up at least in half but otherwise it's really good was just the berries on top of the peanut butter which holds them in place. Lot better than trying to figure out how to spread the jelly and the peanut butter with the same knife and Chili's have more sugar. Although with Smuckers being in my area I do encourage people to eat jelly also. :-)

If you can afford it, try to move over toward organics - especially with berries.

Notice that number one on this list is "strawberries". They are LOADED with pesticides, inside and out.

I also suggest you stick with the Rose Hips type of vitamin C supplement, especially if it's not synthetically made. Ascorbic acid can indeed cause...well, acid!
