Guest repliedHey Bro Jim
Have you ever tried pushing a grocery cart a long distance, especially over bumps, sidewalk, dirt? Those small wheels dont do well at all... whereas the large wheels of a jogging stroller work very nicely!! I found an old one for $20...works great!!
pretty maidens want pretty mansions and pretty money and 666 ask any of them...
they are also pretty bossy , pretty petty, pretty impressed with themselves, and pretty hard to live with...

Guest repliedLewis! What do you have a baby stroller for? So pretty maidens stop and ask you questions? :}

What I do is push the cart by the sides not the handles! Wear gloves if I remember!
If I'm walking to the store and am going to buy a lot, I push my jogging baby stroller to the store! I also have one of those small grocery 2 wheelers I can drag behind me !!!

Speaking of grocery cart handles spreading germs . . .When I went in the door at Costco this morning they were wiping down everyone's cart handle with a disinfectant wipe as you came in. Unfortunately, you have to get your cart first, so your hands have already touched the handle. Not sure how much good that did!

Guest repliedMy life has been mostly chaotic, around a stable center, so I think I'm well-prepared for whatever chaos might be forthcoming. :-)

yes,its best to have some stuff saved up so if any natural disaster happens ... I have done this for years, and regularly eat through my stocks,(so my saved stuff does not go bad) replacing them at least monthly.... I occasionally raise eyebrows at the check out counter when I buy a tray or 3 of cans, but thats their problem!!! Those boxes of maybe 40 packets of noodles are especially good buys... they last forever--unless the mice get into them--- so everything that can be dug into by varments gets a top shelf... especially bread flower... you can buy flower in 5 pound boxes.... buy several packets of yeast, and make up your sourdough batter... some sourdough batches are over 100 years old !! also have at least 30 gallons of drinking water per person on hand in one gallon bottles...
All the home stores are totally out of face masks by now... but I have some still!! & Bandannas still work!! am going to "party city" tomorrow to see if they still have some!!
Grocery carts handles help to spread germs big time, bty!! So do the bus and trolley handles!!Tags: None
