Your thoughts on the division of this country and how the Dems are failing - excellent point. May I add one thing? I believe this apparent failure is 100% due to the praying body of Christ as we pray against evil. This also leads my thoughts to this: This is more proof (in my opinion) that we, the praying body of Christ, are the "Restrainer".
Next: there are teachers out here that believe there can be a "gap" between the rapture of the church and the start of the 70-week. Some believe it could be a number of years. I happen to agree with there being a gap - it fits some scriptures that deal with the End Times.
Finally: The only thing I had a slight - disagreement on (not really disagree, you'll see what I mean) is that so many people call the covenant of Daniel 9:27 a "Peace treaty". It's neither a treaty nor does Daniel (God) say it's a peace covenant. We are ALL adding to scripture calling it a "peace"...anything. We ASSUME it has to do with peace but - what if it doesn't? -
I believe that the "confirming the covenant with many" may well be about setting up the New World Order after the rapture... NOT about mid east peace...
I believe the future antichrist is merely one leader among many confirming / agreening to / signing this covenant---hence covenant with many OTHER leaders...
It DOES NOT need to be about strengthening a prior covenant such as the 1003 Oslo accords!!! That is An Assumption!!
it is only am assumption that this covenant has to do with Israel and with building the temple!!!
This can be done later... any time before mid tribulation!!!Comment
