All the articles this morning have the vast majority of Iranians praising the new Iranian president and chanting things like "peace not war". Apparently facebook quotes from Iranians have also been very positive. Only a small but expected minority were chanting "death to America". Which tends to be an indication Iranians are also following the trend seen in the ME. A few of the articles are also stressing the need for Rouhani to mend the gap in Iranian society. We have seen the results of this gap in other ME countries.

But we also have Israel claiming Iran will have enough for a bomb by 2014 and the GCC countries are quiet as they don't trust Iran either.

The next couple of months should be interesting as the plan seems to be to have this all settled by spring.
