Putin: leader in artificial intelligence will rule the world

The Russian leader predicted that future wars will be fought by drones, and "when one party's drones are destroyed by drones of another, it will have no other choice but to surrender."
It made me think of Rev. 9:3
3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power
Imagine being in John's day and trying to describe what he was seeing...locusts look pretty similar to drones when in a swarm
