Storm Hillary is fizzleing out 
HA ... however tropical storm Irwin is making a bee-line for San Diego... Their storm tracks are rare only happened once before in many years... recently couple years ago we got an August tropical storm go past us off-shore...
Both Hillary and Irwin are now far out to sea and both headed for So Calif !!! We could get some real rain out of them...real humidity as well
... we are so spoiled here... the only time we ever get noticible humidity is when Mexican storms bring them...
