Farmer grew and sold natural remedies on his farm... continued doing so after Federal court & federal agents told him to stop and was told his stuff must be FDA approved, inspected & etc... Judge said farmers "stubbornness" cause his arrest and conviction...The conviction was His Fault for not being an obedient peon!!!
Reminds me of a case years ago where the FDA approved a synthetic drug and then outlawed the natural drug because it was not pure !!!
Amounted to outlawing the competition for the drug companies,,, establishing their monopolies!!!
