Morocco's Islamist premier promises to continue with austerity although the opposition is boycotting parliament because the IMF has told him he has too.

Like so many of the countries in the greater ME their economies are heading downhill and have no choice but follow the IMF's instructions.
If they want to change or slow down austerity moves they will have to approach the IMF
My guess?? The IMF may allow some changes as their policies are shifting slightly with the changes in the world economy.
