A report like this was aired on ABC World News a few weeks ago or so...at least I think it was them. Either that or Fox.

There is no end that greed will take the unregenerate heart. Most of it we have no idea what's going on - how many ways we're being ripped off. Sometimes it's obvious like when we went to our favorite "special occasion only" restaurant yesterday and I ordered the same thing I always do and noticed the price was about the same as 8 months ago when we went last but, alas, there was definitely less food. That was obvious...something like this type of thing we don't know unless it's uncovered.

People often like to make silly comments like, "Washington is full of crooks! We NEED to kick 'em all out and put in all new congressmen." Sure. All new faces and the same ol' sin nature?

They also should say, "Business is full of crooks! We NEED to kick 'em all out and put in all new CEO's/COO's."

Then there are the thieves that break into cars and steal the tools of one's trade/livelyhood ...

They should also say, "Society is full of crooks! We NEED to kick 'em all out and put in all new people."

Unfortunately, the "world" is deceived, thinking that "if they can just get a wee bit more, then we'll be content." It doesn't work .. obviously. But that doesn't seem to get most to look elsewhere.
