its France and England's fault that Israel is small and stuck with unworkable so called solutions. Jordan is the home for Arabs or Muslims who claim Israel---created for them!!! 80% is palistinian if I have that right---yet when Saudi ARabia was formed the Hashemites needed somewhere to go so didnt France and England give Jordan to them??? France had issues in Syria so Hashemites moved from there and Saudi to Jordan.

Anyone better on the history?

My point being that these sanctimonious nincompoops should let Israel handle Israel's problems and stay out of it---they have enough issues of there own in their own back yards.

WEndy says that she is aghast that this unilateral move by terrorist palestinians in the UN was accepted. Wendy says:that it is obvious that the international communitiy is guarantor in name only. where were they ever as each rocket rained down on Israel from its land given away for peace in Gaza. Where are they in upholding the peace talks between these two parties and where are they in cleaning up the mess (they t the UN -created out of JOrdan)?

This last statement just blows me away in light of UN member states and the wicked perpetrations their states get up to. The UN is evil to its core and hijacked by despotic evil empires and the west has capitulated to baboon states. If anyone has harmed trust, its the international community and its failure to stand by their guantees. The land won by Israel from wars that were perpetrated by others should IMVHO be at this point, just annexed as part of Israel permanently now. Land for peace has not worked, Israel has proof of that and she stands alone so why not stand alone on land that rightfully belongs to her. Seems to me other countries of the UN keep the land they conquest in war.

Their actions do seem to prove two things. The international leaders are sticking to the UN plan from 48. The one the Arabs at the time rejected.
Plus they are feeling pressure to get it done. The "Union" is waiting and can't function properly or move forward until Israel is divided along the UN lines. Which I suspect is why so many European countries flipped on Israel this time. It was a way to send a message to Israelis without actually declaring a "Palestine".

The above article was the last thing the world leaders wanted to hear. The message of accepting the UN plan isn't being accepted by Israelis. So the message they won't be accepted until they change their position is being sent out.
The threats to sanction Israel were purposely put out there today, although they are promptly rejected.
