Re: Velshi: Are we in a recession?
I mentioned that I think we've been in a recession, here .. but it doesn't always seem like it for the fact that they keep medicating the situation with debt.
The video mentions 1.2 Trillion dollars cut in spending ...... OVER TEN YEARS! The government should leave this stuff up to the stand up comedians. I don't know where .. but I posted something on that too somewhere. The cuts are graduated where most of them happen after something like 7 years. I guess they figure it's safe that way. They know that no one will remember much a year from now let alone 5+. So in ten years, the national debt will only be what? 37 trillion instead of 38?
IssacharThe church is on Earth to save souls from a lost world, not to save the world from lost souls.
Man learns about history, not from history. To learn from history requires wisdom. Cut off from God, he has none, so history repeats; no new thing under the sun.
I saw ten thousand talkers whose tongues were all broken - dylan
Psalms 122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

As a nation, we are in serious trouble, the next years, will be the worse we ever see I personally believe. Those hit by the monster storm, NY, NJ, LI, and fema, they were all on the verge of an economic collapse anyway, that's why those people didn't get the timely help they needed, because there's no money. It was the good hearted citizens from different states, that have been helping.
