The End of MWM

Greetings all,

Letting everyone know that after somewhere around 28 years, when our annual hosting expires on 08/24/2025, Millennium Weekend Ministries we will not be renewing. Lack of interest for the past many years makes it clear to Esther and me that it does not make any sense to continue to keep the site running.

Many thanks to the handful of folks that have stuck it out with us. Perhaps very soon we shall all meet when we hear the glorious voice of our Savior calling us home to the Father's house. Certainly any who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation, repenting with a "broken and contrite heart" (Ps 34:18 and 51:17) will find mercy and will indeed be caught up together to meet our Savior in the air.

What a glorious day that will be.

    If Romney doesn't 'cash in' on this then - I'll say it again, there is far more going on behind the scenes than any of us will ever begin to guess. One day the world will know what has been going on 'in secret' but for now, only the movers-and-shakers have any clue what's really going on.

        That youtube you linked is truly strange! You're right about the voice. Someone took a fox news broadcast and replaced the audio with a Rush L. broadcast, and did a really lame job of it.

          Why did I suddenly get a pitcture in my mind of the 1919 Black Sox Scandal - where 8 players were accused of plotting to lose the World Series. (At least 2 were definitely doing it, a few others very likely)

          Only instead of a hit batter or something like that in Game 1, the signal might hve been something in a Romney speech last spring.

          Whioch brings to mind a question I've wondered ever since trying to sell a "Dukes of Hazzard" reunion to CBS in 1996 before realizing that Sorrell Booke (who played the scheming Boss Hogg) had died. It had Boss Hogg getting an Independent League baseball team and getting a big lead then conspirign to lose. But the kicker is that in the end, the guys on the other team are really nervous and end up making it hard for Boss Hogg's team to lose.

          So, at one point Boss Hogg says to one of the gamblers, "Well, how do you expect us the lose when the other team won't co-operate?"

          I do wonder what happens if the guy that tried to lose... wins.

            Something really fishy is going on. There's got to be some really heavy pressure being placed on the news media, Facebook, YouTube, et al, to suppress this thing. Don't be surprised if the real story doesn't get out until a Republican administration takes charge.
