Having a hard time sleeping. So much to take in with things so speeding along. So I put on some Tony Bennett and some 50s classics and my mind wanders back to my childhood (which was good) thinking how free it seemed back then with no worries. But I also think of the future and the wonders that await us. "Just in time" by Tony Bennett is an appropriate song for me. So sometimes the music is nostalgic and brings happy memories. "Going to the Chapel" by the Dixiecups sounds like a tune I think we shall all be hearing soon at which time we will all be saying "I could have danced all night" can't wait for the wedding supper of the Lamb. Ok, think I'll put on a few more tunes and see if I can go off to dream land. I thank goodness for iTunes. Can choose my own faves from more innocent days. Night.

All the stress was behind closed doors, not on tv or radio.
Maybe "ignorance is bliss" really does apply, because I agree with you 100%.
When we didn't know what was really happening, the world seemed so much simpler.
The Beaver simply got caught riding a homemade go cart on the street, with Larry riding shotgun. Nowdays Larry would be HOLDING a shotgun for a driveby. Totally different....
