Don't know about that CNAV but having lived in several cities (other than Joplin) in Missouri, it is fairly well known that it has a considerable Gay population. They have some sort of Gay Center and a couple of Gay Bars. And the population is only 50,000. They celebrated Gay Pride Day on June 11th. Don't know how many were effected by the tornado?
