The secretly discussed and approved package passed with a 25 to 1 vote as part of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. Only a brief summary of the act as a whole has been released.

....I think we are going to see more and more things come out of these big bills that have been passed since obama has been president, i.e. obamacare, etc. I truly feel they make these things up as they go since no one knows exactly what is in these bills since they pass them and don't read them.

Obama feels that he doesn't have to answer to anyone, and since many are on his side, what does he have to lose. He has a hidden agenda to fill, and a country to change, so I expect this of him and more to come.
