    Accused Of Passport Fraud

A federal indictment states that Dawkins started to fill out a passport application in 2004, didn't complete it, then filled out a new application two years later.

On that new application, he checked a box "no" for the question, "Have you ever applied before?" according to the indictment.

I would have done the same thing. A passport isn't applied for unless the application is complete.

I work for our Uncle Sam. Most of the time the law is followed. But there are also many times of gross incompetency and cronyism. And when prompted to action, over reaching, with a very very heavy hand. We have the best in the world, but I wouldn't trust them to one iota of power than they absolutely needed. And I would never trust them to make a right and sensible decision.
