Re: 50 Things Every American Should Know About The Collapse Of The Economy
There is quite a lot of interesting info in that page cornerstone33 .. thanks for posting. I hope many read it.
Very true beeleever .. there will be (is?) someone ready to step up and offer a solution that just about all will welcome. I think we all know where that leads ...
But in a run-of-the-mill bank "holiday", it would be useful to have cash on hand vs. all of one's 'money' sitting in a bank where they cannot get it out. In a complete economic collapse .. it would not matter.
IssacharThe church is on Earth to save souls from a lost world, not to save the world from lost souls.
Man learns about history, not from history. To learn from history requires wisdom. Cut off from God, he has none, so history repeats; no new thing under the sun.

The store shelves will empty fast, and what you stocked up for you and your family will be confiscated by the nanny state/police state government.
We will make our exit via the rapture, and the ac will make his debut. I personally believe he is right in front of us, but has not been revealed as yet.
Bad times are coming, but we can overcome by helping one another and keeping our faith strong in the LORD.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, and the things of earth will grow greatly dim in the light of his Glory and Grace!!

Right Issachar.
In a total collapse, I a handful of dollars just like the next guy, but nobody wants them because they are worthless. Might as well be trading leaves, or sticks.
Provisions are the key. Is it possible to save up for years and years? Oh sure if you have a big enough house, but most of us can do 5mos at most. I have someone that would get tired of beans, oatmeal, and cereal. But that's why I have flavored rice too. What's going to be strange is that this isn't just US it's the entire world. Who bails the world out?
