The End of MWM

Greetings all,

Letting everyone know that after somewhere around 28 years, when our annual hosting expires on 08/24/2025, Millennium Weekend Ministries we will not be renewing. Lack of interest for the past many years makes it clear to Esther and me that it does not make any sense to continue to keep the site running.

Many thanks to the handful of folks that have stuck it out with us. Perhaps very soon we shall all meet when we hear the glorious voice of our Savior calling us home to the Father's house. Certainly any who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation, repenting with a "broken and contrite heart" (Ps 34:18 and 51:17) will find mercy and will indeed be caught up together to meet our Savior in the air.

What a glorious day that will be.

In Christ alone,
Andy

If you read my thread "need your input" you know I felt led to quit my job - because I felt I was betraying the Lord by working at this "gospel" station that is actually perverting the gospel. I felt that by working there I was supporting what amounts to "cultism" masquerading as christianity. I was asking for your input.
Well God has given His input! the manager came in today and told me my position is being eliminated. I was planning to give my 2 week notice yesterday but did not because I wasnt sure what to do - my job will end in 2 weeks.
So I guess that is God's final answer!
It's kind of encouraging to know I am hearing from God, but I wish He'd tell me what to do now! My unemployment ended last week and I have one paycheck coming from this, probably less than 300 dollars.

He's led you here, He won't leave you standing. Praying that God brings that billboard of direction for you...

    In His care,

Thanks for sharing that outcome. I agree, although it's easy when it's not us, personally, that God will provide. Often it seems it comes in very unusual ways and at the last minute. Keep your faith and prayers for His answer. He will be faithful...it's us that wavers, I'm speaking of myself, in particular. But I know you will be given something better. Even though you are out of a job, you can still put into writing what you feel the problems were and quote scripture to back it. I believe it is an opportunity to witness for the truth. God bless.
