    GENEVA - The United Nations' top human rights official called on the United States on Tuesday to give the UN details about Osama bin Laden's killing and said that all counter-terrorism operations must respect international law.

    In other words, "US: You don't have any right to act as an independent, sovereign State. If you pull such an act you have to get permission from the 'world community' and what's more is we expect you to divulge all of the details of the operation regardless of how 'confidential' you may think they are. After all, we ARE THE World Community!"

    And I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Obama complied 100% given his track-record. He may never admit it but...
