Has anyone else seen the newest IBM commercial?

The commercial shows an 18 wheeler traveling down some deserted road. In the middle of the road, there is a woman sitting at a desk. The truck stops to ask the woman why she is sitting in the middle of the road. She says, “you’re lost.” The driver says, “How do you know that we’re lost?” She says, “THE BOXES TOLD US.”

She goes on to explain that the RFID tags inside the boxes INSIDE THE TRUCK were being tracked and that she noticed that they were going the wrong direction.

Can we really read RFID tags inside of boxes inside of a truck traveling down the highway? I didn’t think that technology was available yet. If so, we are closer to the mark of the beast than I ever thought we were.…

Furthermore, what in the world are they even advertising? The general public has no use for whatever it is they are advertising. It seems like a conditioning episode to me…

Yeah, we are there...and have had the capability for awhile.

I saw it and it's very interesting another big brother is watching you type of thing. Also OnStar that they put in the GM cars they are also a type of big brother watching you as well even though they do seem very good now. Say your left behind and running because you didn't take the mark of the beast and you run to your GM car and it's locked even though you know it was open well these people at Onstar can unlock and lock your car and let law enforcement know exactly where you and your car are.

The type with the boxes is to make sure no merchandize is stolen sounds good yes it is for now but then again, your on the run during the trib and have one of these boxes or anything else, you will be found. The technology is so vast and great you cannot run so I recommend everyone get's saved now before it's too late.

      God Bless

Also if you do a search [Walmart RFID] you will find a number of links that explain about Walmart having all their vendors put RFID chips in all of the products that Walmart sells.

Walmart was the one that got the barcode thing going. Seems they set the standard, then all other merchants follow along.

I talked to a man thats pretty big with Walmart, he explained that they will set up scanners at the door and nothing can leave the store unless paid for, but he also said that when you come into Walmart the scanners read the chips in your clothes and knows you their, what you have bought there, what size, what color, how you paid for it, and so on.

So when all merchants jump on the band wagon, there won't be any product without a RFID chip in it.

From How Stuff Works (one of my favorite sites):

          http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/smart-label2.htm

          "Talking Tags
When scientists are able to increase the range and lower the price of RFID tags, it will lead to a ubiquitous network of smart packages that track every phase of the supply chain. Store shelves will be full of smart-labeled products that can be tracked from purchase to trash can. The shelves themselves will communicate wirelessly with the network. The tags will be just one component of this large product-tracking network to collect data.
(As pointed out, already happening with the RFID chip.)

The other two pieces to this network will be the readers that communicate directly with these smart labels and the Internet, which will serve as the communications lines for the network. Readers could soon be everywhere, including home appliances and gadgets. In fact, readers could be built directly into the walls during a building's construction becoming a seamless, unseen part of our surroundings."

Maybe the "Reader" is in the truck. I have seen the commercial and found it intriguing, also!

On another note, the loss of homes and personal possessions in the Katrina-damaged areas, have people thinking about how to keep from losing medical records. It was a story on CBS, last night. One of the doctors in one of NO's hospitals was a hero because she thought to grab a handful of patient's files, when she fled, and now it was much easier to care for these same patients. We know how they will resolve this for future disasters and it makes so much sense!

A lot of the vendors and stores will be using this because it's a good method right now but again, during the trib you will not be able to leave the store with those vital things you need such as food, water, etc. We are getting prepared this is how I see it and it's close at hand just a matter of time and they got all the excuses in the world to do it because everybody thinks it's such a great idea to keep track of stock and pretty soon human beings..

We will be cashless pretty soon, we are very close to that as well and then will come the id card then the mark...I do believe the card will come first but then again we shall see. People will take a liking to the card first because they don't like being injected or marked but when the cards start getting stolen and lost the mark will come along.

Re: IBM Commercial and RFID - Have you seen it?

              Hey cornerstone33,

Yes its not far away, just look at it from the worlds perspective. No more money/ No more bank robberies. No more convenant stores being robbed. All monetary activities being recorded, thus no more drug activity,(unless they barter) No more cash activity under the table, so everything can be taxed. And every transaction is tracked and traced. And of course this would make any arms buying or explosive buying or anything like that throw up a BIG RED FLAG

The man I talked to about Walmart also told me that our government already has developed personal debit devices,(a little thicker than a credit card) so say if I want to buy an old lawnmower from you then I type in the amount to transfer then we plug them together and the amount is transfered from my card to yours. When your card amount is low, you go to the bank plug it in and transfer money from your account into your card.

So your can see how the World will love this.

This is diffently setting the stage for the tribulation. Big brother will know
everything a person does and where they are at.

Yes indeed, he will even know what brand of TP I use.

My Sister said In Ky at Kroger they have a finger scan to pay for your goods. Instead of giving them cash or cc. You, stick your finger on this pad and it recognized the print matched to their records that have your cc # which is in their system..FreaKY!

They already know a lot if you have one of the stores savings cards as it records everything you buy from tp to toothpaste and even beer.

A man fell in the supermarket because the floor was wet. The supermarket stated because they knew that he bought beer that he was drunk which wasn't so but again, see how they know everything you bought..
