    jmvho?
Logically speaking only, he is right. If they don't divide Israel now they are risking these new democracies voting in political powers that wouldn't be desirable to the OWO
Toooo much effort has been put into these revolts to risk Iran getting the upper hand by using political parties that put the message of Palestinians and the destruction of Israel up front. Stirring up the more radical side. In their minds it would put to rest these thoughts.
They can't allow the image of peace and security to slip away.

And the best way to defang Hezbollah before talks????
imvho Israel is becoming more and more obvious as the one thing standing in their way right now, for everything to go as desired.
They may have gone ahead with the no fly but they also proved how much they don't want another military confrontation with anyone including Iran???

        Interesting side note?
The importance stressed by the world for Arab League and Arab military to be involved in Libya.

Another side note that maybe nothing but...
Egypt, although they were dealing with their own stuff, jumped a week ago to help Libyan rebels with arms etc and established a close relations with the new leaders. They have more then their hands full.
