Peres: Syria, Lebanon must choose between Iran's ambitions and peace
Peres called out to both Syria and Lebanon, saying: "I say to the Syrian president, choose a path. If you choose peace, we are partners. I say to Lebanon's citizens to decide your future. Be a victim of Iranian ambition, with Hezbollah as its agent, or return to be free sons in the new world."

I suspect they would, could and have said this to all in the ME and beyond.

"... in the new world" eh? hmmm ... seems like I heard that somewhere once before.

      Issachar
The church is on Earth to save souls from a lost world, not to save the world from lost souls.

Man learns about history, not from history. To learn from history requires wisdom. Cut off from God, he has none, so history repeats; no new thing under the sun.

Psalms 122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

lol now ain't that an understatement? lol
It is amazing as it does summarize everything we are seeing. Including everything we have seen lately in the ME and North Africa.
They truly believe that is what they are building.

Is this an example of how much influence Iran has?
Only about 100 people showed up to protest the US influence.

Clinton met with protests in Tunisia over 'U.S. interference'

And an example of how much the ideology of
return to be free sons in the new world
          has spread?

Something tells me Syria is on the same page as Iran..wanting the 12th Imam to arrive and believing chaos is how to make that happen...not be at peace in some "new world".

            Goodness...New World, huh?

Maybe it won't matter soon. Plus they are talking about Iran going up soon. Especially if Libya goes relatively well.
Just the UN declaration on Libya has once again changed everything. The world is sending a message and shifted into another gear much bigger then just to Gadhafi

It certainly will be interesting to see how Iran and Syria will fit into the prophecies concerning them, considering what is going on.

Something tells me Isaiah 17 is very near. Damascus will one day be completely destroyed.
