The President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, and the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, will welcome US President Barack Obama at the next European Union-United States Summit, which shall be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 20.

the Second Summit of the Union for the Mediterranean scheduled to be held on November 21st, 2010, in Barcelona which will host the secretariat headquarters as well.
I have to wonder If Obama will show up at the Mediterranean Union Summt, going from Lisbon on tyhe 20th to Barcelona on the 21st the next day...remembering back to him saying he expected gret things to come from the June 7th summit.
