    I was just in a store here....(Christian)

On their free table on the way out were numerous "free" copies of this book..
The Destiny of Islam in the Endtimes....author Faisal Malick

I perused the book in the store but am going to look at this more carefully tonight.......I don't have a good feeling about it as he talks a lot of how God is going to use Ishmael for different things and to bring peace to the ME

I've never heard of this guy before and googled him. Anyway, they have a write up about his life at the 700 Club website.

What a testimony! Living in his car during the winter. He even returned to Pakistan to witness to his family. I am so blessed reading how muslims accept Jesus. I can't quite figure out the "holy" mark on his forehead though.

        Thank you for searching Denise!

I read the first 100 pages last night.

He is certainly committed to, focused on and enthusiastic about Jesus.

He says God is speaking to the Muslims...and going to speak to Muslims in dreams and visions. He says you can't debate them but let them ask questions and ask the Holy Spirit to give you the answer. He says if you don't know the answer tell them you are going to pray about it and come back to them with the answer. He says there will be a huge Muslim awakening.......and he says as he puts it God will use Ishmael to provoke the church into passion for Jesus. that Muslims will be a catalyst for Jews and Cristians......not sure that is going to happen.

In the beginning of the book he talks about Ishmael and that there are only 4 places that God gives a name before birth and one was Ishmael, which means God hears.

        Genesis 16
11And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction. (he heard Sarah........and Abraham)

He talks about how Ishmael was sent out into the desert, rejected by his father (Abraham) with no inheritence and they are still seeking the love of their father....by works...to be good enough. He says it is a works oriented related religion. He emphasizes God will yet hear as the God given name Ishmael refers to and millions of Muslims will turn to God through Jesus.

He refers to this verse in Isaiah......

        Isaiah 65

        Judgment and Salvation

        1 "I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me;
I was found by those who did not seek me.
To a nation that did not call on my name,
I said, 'Here am I, here am I.'
