I heard that when the looting began there were groups seen stealing large amounts of weapons. that's troubling.

The whole scenario is troubling!
I understand that the police have an obligation to rescue survivors, but it shouldn't mean a green light to those that would break the laws in such a blatant manner.


Imo, SOS should mean "shoot on sight"
