Today we call it "extraordinary rendition" taking captured "soldiers" of the other side around the world for interrogation .....

one would have to be naive to think that at least some of the American pilots, soldiers taken prisoner in Korea and Vietnam were not shipped to Russia for years of torture and interrogation
